Most of our Products are sold Frozen Unless stated (FRESH).  
All Fresh Items will be packed together with ice with labels on the bag. Items will all be delivered in a freezer truck 

Our Home Delivery comes with a complimentary cooler bag to ensure that the frozen products remain frozen and fresh products kept in the correct temperature. Ice will only be provided when there is/are Fresh Products to ensure the freshness of the items. To ensure freshness of food, we recommend to have someone home to collect the food upon arrival. 

Do drop us a call at 6763 3833 during office hours from Monday – Friday (8AM-4PM) on weekends/ Past office hours, please call 9666 8033 to speak to the home delivery department to add in your orders.  

Paid Orders made BEFORE 12:00pm the day before, goods will be delivered the next working day. 

Orders that come in AFTER 12:00pm will be delivered the day after 

Delivery timings are usually from 8:00am – 5:00pm, You can indicate on the comment section when you place the order if u would prefer AM / PM Delivery. On the day of the delivery, should u require any assistance or an estimated time of arrival, please feel free to contact us on the day of delivery. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there might be a delay in your delivery. We apologise for any delay and thank you for the kind understanding.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to allocate a specific time for delivery as our dispatch services has a planned route for daily deliveries. Drop us a note on the check out page and let us know your preferred timing and we will try our best to meet your request if possible (no promises).

Goods sold are not refundable, returnable. Do help to check all items upon receiving. If products received is damaged or incorrect, please do let the delivery driver know and they will take necessary actions on site. Should there be a need to contact us please do so within 24hours at +65 6763 3833 during office hours from Monday – Friday (8AM-4PM). on weekends/ Past office hours, please call 9666 8033 to speak to our home delivery team. Please take note that for any product that needs to be exchanged or return, the goods has to be in the original condition as the day of delivery.   

We accept Visa, Masters & Paynow 

We do not have a minimum order. However, there is a delivery fee of $10 for orders below $70. For orders above $70, delivery will be free.  
We also provide Self-Collections for your orders
