– No refund for failed deliveries, for failed deliveries there will be a $10 charge per trip.

– As items will come fresh frozen, kindly store the items immediately to prevent spoilage.
– Salmon fillet has already been throughly deboned. However, occasional small bones may still be present.
– Customers who request to leave parcel outside will be liable to damaged goods due to loss / spoilt product.
– One Ocean would not be responsible for quality issue due to poor storage. All fresh frozen products must be consumed within 2 weeks to maintain freshness of the product.
